We want you to be happy with your purchases. However, If you must return products you have purchased here or are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund (not including shipping costs) within the 30 days of placing your order. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable.

All food items medicines, special order merchandise, discontinued merchandise and special promotional items are not returnable except in case of our error. All sales of food items, medicines, furniture set-up items, special order merchandise, closeout and discontinued merchandise are final.

To return an item, contact us by email: [email protected], phone 800-741-5432 Include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item number of the products you wish to return.
  • How many of each product you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
  • The condition of the item: opened or unopened.

We will reply by email with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions for your return. We do not accept returns at our customer service office, please ship your return to the warehouse address included in our email reply. We suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited. UPS and FedEx automatically provide this. Delivery confirmation from the Post Office is available for a fee if you ship by mail.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without a return authorization number. Once our warehouse has processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.

  • All visible damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of the invoice date. By reporting damages as soon as possible we are able to continue to identify root causes and make process changes.
  • All defective products will be accepted for replacement, repair or credit, at our discretion, within 10 days of the invoice date.
  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
  • All products returned must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition and include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Select Office Products pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 10 days of the date of shipment.

All returns/replacements after 30 days must be done directly to the manufacturer of the product. Manufacturer's warranties vary, please consult the warranty information included with your products.
